We are honoured to have contributed to the Youth-Led Call to Action released during the 2025 PLHIV Leadership Summit in Nairobi, Kenya. As one of the more than 50 youth-led organizations and networks that signed this powerful global statement, we stand in solidarity with young people living with, most at risk of, and affected by HIV. This landmark statement is a bold and urgent demand for an HIV response that fully recognizes, resources, and centres youth leadership, safeguards our spaces, and secures our futures.
Through our contribution, we echo the call for meaningful engagement of young people, not as symbolic participants, but as equal partners in shaping policies, designing programs, and leading the charge toward a more inclusive, equitable, and youth-centred HIV response. We are proud to be part of this historic moment of youth mobilisation, and we remain committed to advocating for sustained investment in youth-led initiatives, peer-driven support systems, and integrated approaches that do not compromise our safety or agency.
